Introduction to Dynamic Loop Monitoring System

Dynamic ring monitoring refers to the centralized monitoring of power equipment and environmental variables in various types of server rooms, i.e.: power environment monitoring. A complete set of comprehensive power environment monitoring system can be distributed to each independent power equipment and equipment room environment, equipment room security monitoring objects for telemetry, telemetry and other collection, real-time monitoring system and equipment, security operation status, recording and processing of relevant data, timely detection of faults, and make the necessary remote control, remote control operations, timely notification of personnel to deal with.

The dynamic loop monitoring system is required to realize the following basic functions

  • The power equipment in the server room is connected to the power environment monitoring system through intelligent data interface (RS232, RS485, RS422) or increased collection and sensing equipment to realize the functions of monitoring the normal state of the equipment operation, predicting the abnormal state, and online intelligent fault diagnosis.
  • The working environment of power equipments, servers, transmission and switching equipments, such as temperature and humidity, water leakage, fire fighting and other environmental parameter monitoring, and computer room air conditioning monitoring are connected to the power environment monitoring system, realizing real-time data monitoring, alarm threshold setting, alarm prediction, and adopting corresponding processing strategy in combination with the contingency plan in case of an alarm, so as to ensure that the working environment is in a healthy state, and to provide a strong guarantee for reliable operation of the equipments.
  • As an important area, the security environment of the server room needs to be connected to the power environment monitoring system to realize the functions of access control management, intrusion and burglar alarm management, video monitoring, IP intercom, etc., so as to ensure the safety precautions of the server room and realize the remote unmanned management and save human resources.
  • The monitoring system needs to support flexible networking, and the monitoring network can be set up according to the resources provided at the site, supporting field data bus (RS485, RS422, RS232, etc.), TCP/IP, cellular and other ways of networking.
  • For decentralized server rooms, the principles of distributed application, centralized monitoring and unified management need to be adopted to realize unattended server rooms.

➂ Battery monitoring

Adopting battery monitoring system, it can monitor the total voltage, total current, individual voltage, surface temperature, capacity, etc. of each battery. Measurement accuracy meets the needs of computer room monitoring. In addition, through the single battery voltage collected by the single battery tester, obtain the discharge curve of each battery, and analyze the status of each battery.

Intelligent oil machine through the RS232 serial port wireless access monitoring host. Generally, it supports AC output three-phase voltage/current, output frequency, water temperature, oil temperature, oil pressure, output power, fuel oil level, starting battery voltage, shutdown/running status, automatic/manual status, start failure alarm, emergency stop and so on.
