Product Overview

433MHz wireless reader WE-RW01 connects with network reader through wireless, reads the tag information and then wirelessly reports it to network reader FB-RWN02, which in turn reports it to the application service platform through network.
The reader detects the label distance open up to 100 meters, not only can read the ID value of the electronic label, but also can calculate the actual distance of the label by measuring the wireless signal field strength of the electronic label. A number of positioning base station (reader) work together, can determine the effective range of the specific location of the electronic tag, realize the personnel, goods location of real-time monitoring, convenient personnel, goods tracking and finding.

Application Areas

Tag positioning is widely used in many applications such as intelligent warehouse management, logistics tracking, indoor navigation, and people management.

Distance measurement formula

This product calculates the distance between the electronic tag and the antenna by measuring the wireless signal field strength of the tag, and the parabolic relationship between the distance and the wireless signal strength is as follows:

The specific transformation formula is:

Description:
D is the distance in cm obtained from the signal strength conversion.
RSSI is the signal strength, taken as an absolute value in dBm.
P is a parameter, related to the antenna.
L is a parameter, related to the antenna.
For specific parameter values for using the DS-TX10 readout antenna, see the source code of the test program provided by the company.

Networking Description

433MHz wireless reader FB-RW01 can be expanded through the wireless network interface 16 wireless readers, including themselves (the device itself is also an independent reader) a wireless network can have up to 17 positioning base stations. The wireless reader will read the tag information reported to the network reader, and then the network reader will wireless network range of all the tag information reported to the location server, the location server on the data synthesis algorithm to derive the specific location of the tag.

The 433MHz wireless reader FB-RW01 accesses network readers wirelessly (set to the same frequency band), and whichever network reader it is accessed by becomes a substation under that network reader. A DSR-N02 network reader can have up to 17 substations, each of which is an independent positioning base station.
The network card reader itself has a reading antenna that occupies substation number 0. Then expand up to 16 FB-RW01 wireless readers through wireless, each wireless reader occupies 1 substation number.FB-RW01 wired reader has a 4-digit dialer which can dial out the value of 0~15, corresponding to substation number 1~16 respectively, as detailed below:
