WEST collects personal information about you that can be used to directly or indirectly identify you ("Personal Information"). Types of Personal Information We Collect
Depending on the product you use, we collect different kinds of personal information from, or about, you.
- Information you have volunteered. We collect personal information that you and others knowingly and voluntarily provide when using the Site or our services. The information we receive from your web browser and device is not itself personally identifiable. Generally, we use this information in the aggregate to help us improve the Site and make it more compatible with the technologies used by our visitors. However, we may combine it with other information to try to identify you, or we may combine it with information that can identify you. We may also review our server logs for security purposes (e.g., to detect intrusions into our network), and we may share our server logs, which contain the IP addresses of visitors, with appropriate investigative agencies that can use this information to track and identify you.

We attempt to respond to all legitimate requests within a month. Occasionally, if your request is particularly complex, or if you make many requests, it may take us longer than a month. In this case, we will notify you and keep you updated.
