Product Overview

WE-T37 cattle and sheep electron ear tag is specially used for cattle, sheep, swine and other large livestock real-time positioning and rapid inventory of long-distance range electron tag. The electronic ear mark regularly broadcasts the label ID information to the outside wireless, sends the distance up to 150 meters.
The use of electronic ear tags can effectively realize the information management of large livestock in terms of activity monitoring, real-time positioning, inventory search, feed weighing, disease medication and so on. Installation of the positioning system can be derived from the specific coordinates of the location of the ear tag. Using only a handheld card reader, it is also possible to make a quick inventory of whether the free-ranging livestock have returned to the pen in time.
The top and bottom caps of the electronic ear tag are designed in the shape of a hexagonal nut, which is easy to tighten or loosen with a wrench, and after tightening, the internal fastening will not come off by itself. The electronic ear tag uses a CR2450 button battery, which can be used for 3 years (1 second, 1 launch). There is a battery undervoltage reminder, not enough power can be opened to change the battery.
There is a motion detection sensor inside the electronic ear tag, as long as there is a minute of time when the livestock is completely stationary, the ear tag will report the stationary state event. Users can set the "Livestock long time stationary trigger alarm" in their own management system to remind livestock abnormalities and the need to intervene in a timely manner to avoid losses.

Motion Detection Improves Label Life

Selects "the movement detects" the working mode electronic label, the label long time does not have the movement (the default 10 minutes), the label automatically stops working. This can effectively save power, greatly prolongs the label to use the time. When the label is used as the personnel, the vehicle localization, the recommendation chooses "the movement detects" the working mode electronic label. Tag from the motion state to the stationary state of the detection time default for ten minutes (can be customized to 1 ~ 60 minutes). Stationary state tag default does not work (can be customized to work slowly, 1 ~ 60 seconds to send a). Need to customize and our customer service contact after the order!

Find labels directly with handhelds

Without a locator system installed, it is still possible to find a tag using only the handheld. Directly in the handheld enter the label ID, or use inventory software to send the label ID of the item to the handheld, the handheld to start looking for, you can confirm that the label is in the vicinity of the label to confirm the initial location of the label, so that the handheld to send commands to activate the label, through the sound and light reminder can be easily find the label. Methods are as follows:
Turn on the handheld, enter the "Find" page, enter the corresponding label code, click the "Start" button, you can find whether the label is nearby. If you find the label in the vicinity, the handheld will display the actual distance between the label and the handheld, you can judge the distance value of the label near and far, to quickly determine the label in which area, to improve the efficiency of the search for items.

The found tag glows (blinks continuously) to remind the user of the tag's location. If you still can't find it, you can click the horn button at the bottom right, the tag will beep, beep, beep, beep, beep, beep, beep to make you find the tag more conveniently.

The electronic ear tag reports data once per second (adjustable during production), and the reported data is submitted to the user via the card reader. It mainly includes tag ID, tag type, undervoltage reminder, extended data and so on. Different types of tags, in addition to the "extended data", the format of other data are the same, please refer to the reader's instruction manual for details.
The extended data for this tag is only one byte, as follows:

Battery change method

1. The upper and lower covers of the electronic tags from the center of the round hole on both sides of the ear tag buckle, clockwise tightening, an electronic ear tag is installed. Need to change the battery, the upper and lower cover counterclockwise loosening can be.
2. The upper and lower covers are designed as hexagonal nuts, with anti-dislodgement tooth buttons between them, after tightening and biting, a wrench must be used to reopen them, effectively preventing the electronic ear tag from loosening and falling off by itself.
3. When the upper and lower covers are tightened, the waterproof rating is IP67, which can be immersed in water for a long time.
