The Company will defend, indemnify and hold harmless the Company from and against all claims arising out of the use of the Products in Life-Critical Applications or losses arising out of or in connection with such claims, if any breach of the provisions of this Agreement results in the occurrence of an Accident Lady. - Disclaimer; limitation of liability

Our company has adopted an anti-counterfeiting policy to eliminate the impact of counterfeit products on Seiden and its customers. This is a zero tolerance policy against intentional and willful trafficking of counterfeit goods. In support of this policy to ensure that there is a low risk of counterfeit products entering our supply chain, SEIDEN maintains processes to ensure that purchases are only made directly from the manufacturer or from sources approved by the manufacturer's agents. If suspected counterfeit or fake products are discovered, we will quarantine such material and report the findings to the supplier and appropriate authorities. This policy is communicated, understood, implemented and maintained at all levels of our organization. - reimbursement
