I. Overview of the project background

Through our UWB positioning-based location data application development platform system can monitor the entire production process and employee action track, greatly improving the production and management efficiency of the enterprise.
II. Current management pain points
- Difficulty in personnel management, one person with multiple posts, often due to a shortage of personnel from other assembly processes to transfer people difficult to manage.
- Difficulty in controlling materials, complexity of production processes, full assembly line operation for insourcing and piecemeal operation for outsourcing.
- It is difficult to optimize production efficiency, and there is the phenomenon of personnel crosstalk, which is difficult to assess and control and affects production efficiency.
- No real-time data support management lag, production progress is not transparent according to the real-time production status to make further personnel adjustments
III. UWB-based solutions
In order to solve the above "neck" problem, enhance the production process of real-time monitoring of the process, found that the process errors can be timely alarm and error correction, while efficient management of production staff work efficiency during the work period, high-quality and efficient completion of urgent production tasks, the enterprise in one of their production workshop deployment of Hainan Shidian UWB positioning base stations At the same time in each raw material boxes; barrels, production staff are bound to the corresponding positioning tags, in the upper application platform through the production of task orders and UWB tag ID binding can be a full-process monitoring of the process and progress of the production order, and through the UWB with ink screen tags real-time display of the current process and the next process, to remind the field operation of the staff to prevent process errors, based on UWB process monitoring The logic diagram of UWB-based process monitoring is shown in Figure 1 below:

According to the area size of the production line workshop, a total of 50 UWB positioning base stations are installed and arranged in the monitoring area on the first and second floors, according to the CAD drawings given in the base station deployment location plan as shown in Figure 2 below:

UWB hardware positioning base stations and tags only provide basic location information data, in order to make use of these location data, but also less combined with the production process flow and business logic process judgment based on the data analysis and data display, so the open UWB hardware data reporting API interface is particularly important, only then the owners of the application side of the value of the positioning data can be harvested. IV. Upper platform application demonstration

V. Summary of project applications
