Shidian Technology tunnel personnel 2.4G regional positioning system, regional positioning is belongs to a kind of perception positioning system, using the principle of long-distance recognition. To enter certain areas of the positioning card for automatic identification and regional positioning. That is, when the personnel wear positioning card, after arriving at a certain area, monitoring center server, can real-time detection of the current location of the personnel wearing the label area, and displayed on the regional map. The system reads the card speed 200 / sec, reads the card distance 0 meters to 100 meters adjustable, does not miss the card. It provides managers with real-time personnel statistics in the positioning area, attendance of people and vehicles, real-time map display, alarm in the dangerous area, real-time statistics on the LED screen, first aid after a disaster, daily management and other functions. It can help the management to find and improve the weak links and prevent the occurrence of construction safety accidents.
In the tunnel, through the 2.4G positioning base station senses the personnel positioning, through the positioning base station uploaded to the monitoring center server, and then after the software analysis and processing, using the form of the system map real-time display of the cave personnel positioning position, the distribution of personnel in the cave to achieve real-time mastery.

V. Functional features of the system

Non-precise positioning in tunnel cavities:

Adopting advanced 2.4G technology, it has the ability to locate the accurate number of cards without missing cards;
The distance between the device and the card is estimated from the RSSI value using the signal time-of-flight calculation method.

Positioning of personnel in hazardous areas of tunnels:

Mount the positioning base station on a two-lined or waterproof dolly;
Personnel pass through the second lining cart into the waterproofing cart or excavation cart, and the positioning base station can accurately count and display the number of personnel and location information.

The map shows the distribution of people in real time:

Map real-time display to locate the base station installation location, the current distribution of construction personnel;
The map displays device warning messages and operational status.

Synchronized LED display showing the situation of the people in the cave:

Construction personnel information is registered through the software when personnel are first issued cards;
The LED screen at the cave entrance synchronously displays the information of the personnel locating the base station inside the cave (e.g. name, time of entering the cave, current position, contact phone number, etc.)

Positioning the base station is easy to install:

Positioning base station with integrated design (including power supply, power box, bracket, bridge positioning equipment) to provide a set of camera mounting positions and power supply interface;
All that is required for installation is a fixed mounting position and access to 220V power supply.

Automatic time and attendance for construction workers entering and leaving the tunnel:

The command center can give evacuation instructions to the construction workers in the tunnel, and the construction workers can withdraw from the tunnel in time after receiving the evacuation alarm signal on their locator tag cards.

VI. Positioning base station installation specifications and examples

2.4G regional personnel single base station coverage of 100 meters, need to install two points, respectively installed in the second liner trolley and waterproof trolley. A positioning base station and a pair of wireless bridges are installed on the second liner trolley; the bridge facing the outside of the cave is used to receive signals from the bridge at the entrance of the cave, and the bridge facing the inside of the cave transmits signals to the equipment in the cave. The positioning base station and relay bridge are connected by network cable. The front of the base station faces the cave wall at an angle of 45 degrees. The positioning base station adopts 12V power adapter to supply power, the power supply is placed in the waterproof box, and all lines must be fixed firmly through the pipe.

The waterproof dolly is installed with a positioning base station and a receiving end bridge. The front of the base station is facing the excavation surface, the network is connected to the switch interface of the waterproof cart, the equipment is powered by DC12V/1.5A power adapter, the power supply is placed in a waterproof box, and all the lines must be protected by wiring ducts.

VII. Introduction to the software

Tunnel construction is a high-risk operation, so it can locate the construction personnel in the area, query the identity, number and distribution of the construction personnel in the area, and query the actual position and activity track of the personnel. The accuracy of positioning depends on the type of base station and positioning card, and the system can add auxiliary markers, set the operation area, dangerous area, history playback and other functions.
