Download the "USB Driver" and "Warehouse Wizard Management Software Installer" to your local computer.
Run "USB Driver" and install the USB driver.
Use a USB cable to connect the Inventory Smart Terminal to the computer. You can open the device manager to check whether the device can be connected successfully.
In the computer "Device Manager" tool to find [Port] class under the "USB-SERIAL CH340" device, note down the port COM number.

After logging in to a warehouse, right-click on the warehouse name to modify the warehouse name, add warehouse categories, and adjust the order of categories. A warehouse can have up to 32 categories. Each item can belong to one or more categories

The inbound and outbound smart terminal device supports 4 independent warehouses, after logging into one of the warehouses, you can switch to the other 3 warehouses at any time. You can check the running hours and remaining battery power of the device.

Under the category of 【Item Inventory】, you can add, delete, modify, and query items; you can see the detailed information of each item, as well as whether or not the corresponding electronic tag exists, and how much the electronic tag's power is.

Under the category of "Inventory", you can add, delete, modify, and query the outgoing and incoming orders.

Under the category of [Item Inventory], select the specified item, you can query the inventory flow of the item.

Under the category of [Call to Find], batch select the specified items (a single call can support up to 100 labels), you can call the label, and through the sound and light reminders issued by the label, you can quickly find the label.

After adding the item you need to find, you can see whether the corresponding tag exists or not, and the "signal value/reference distance" of the tag to determine whether the tag is nearby. If you still can't find the item directly, you can call the tag to quickly find the item through the sound and light alerts of the tag.

Under the [Settings] category, you can set up to 5 customized item attributes such as price, weight, volume, etc.

Under the category of [Settings], you can set up to 3 customized in/out attributes, such as handler, courier note number, invoice number, etc.

In order to ensure the safety of warehouse data, it is recommended to periodically backup the warehouse data. Under the category of [Settings], you can backup the warehouse data to the computer locally.

Warehouse data can be cleared for warehouses that are determined not to be used. Under the [Settings] category, you can perform the operation of emptying warehouse data. To ensure safety, when emptying the warehouse, you need to confirm the user's login name and the warehouse name of the current warehouse.

Using a cell phone, install the [Fengbao Inventory] APP, which can be connected to the Inventory Smart Terminal, and you can find goods on the phone on the move.

To ensure the security of the Bluetooth connection, you can modify the Bluetooth broadcast name and pairing PIN code of the smart terminal.
