Product Overview
B8F24V43TC integrated pyroelectric flame sensor using a new lithium tantalate (LiTaO 3) single-crystal environmentally friendly materials produced by the sensitive element, is the digital signal conditioning chip (IC) and the induction of the sensitive element integrated in the electromagnetic shielding within the integration of the 4Pin digital PIR flame sensors, probes and external controllers to achieve bi-directional communication with the external controller to achieve a variety of configurations of the working state of the application. Sensitive element will sense the flame flicker signal through the very high impedance differential input circuit coupling into the digital signal conditioning IC, digital IC chip through the 14-bit ADC converted to digital signals for subsequent signal processing and logic control. The control conditions, including the adjustment of the detection sensitivity and trigger threshold, the blind lock time after trigger reset, the signal pulse counting time window and algorithm of the trigger event, as well as the selection of the three modes of operation can be realized through the configuration of the internal registers by the external controller (µC) via the single-wire communication interface SERIN. The µC does not need to wake up (go into standby mode to save power consumption) when the digital probe is performing daily continuous flame sensing monitoring; only when the digital probe detects a flame flicker signal and reaches the pre-configured trigger conditions, the internal conditioning IC of the probe sends a wake-up interrupt command to the µC through the INT/DOCI external interface, and then the µC enters into the working state (to perform the subsequent control actions); according to the configuration of the working modes, the µC can also send an interrupt command through the DOCI external interface to the µC to wake up. Depending on the configured operating mode, the µC can also read out the digital value of the probe flame signal through the DOCI port at regular intervals or force it to read out at any time, and then the µC can control the conditions through the self-programmed algorithm to decide the subsequent manipulation to be performed. Thanks to the full power-saving Wake-On-Interrupt mechanism, this digital sensing system is the most power-saving sensing solution for energy-saving applications, especially battery-powered applications.
