II. Building energy efficiency needs
China's public building energy consumption accounts for about 70% of the total energy consumption of public institutions, of which the central air-conditioning energy consumption accounts for about 50% of the energy consumption of public buildings, lighting energy consumption accounts for the energy consumption of the entire building 25%~35%, in addition to elevators, pumps, compressors, office equipment, etc., energy consumption, energy consumption of all kinds of electromechanical equipment has a large space for energy saving.
At present, most of the buildings are managed manually, and the management of equipment such as elevators, air conditioners, lighting fixtures, etc. in the building is sloppy, and the real-time data of water, electricity, heating, gas and other related energy consumption in the building cannot be clearly grasped and analyzed, which results in a great waste of energy.
In this regard, Hainan Shidian has launched a building energy saving Internet of Things solution. The program can provide comprehensive energy-saving products and engineering services for shopping malls, government office buildings, schools, hospitals, hotels, airports and other types of large public buildings.

III. Building energy-saving Internet of Things solutions
Based on LoRa /ZigBee/wisun/4G/NB-IoT wireless communication technologies, Hainan Shidian's building energy-saving Internet of Things (IoT) solution can realize precise control of energy consumption, fine management and efficient energy saving of the whole building through Hainan Shidian's intelligent gateway, wireless transmitter and control equipment, or wireless transmitting equipment equipped with corresponding sensors, such as temperature and humidity sensors, current and voltage sensors, pressure sensors, switching and analog quantity collecting equipment, etc.. Ultimately, the collected energy consumption data will be transmitted to the server and cloud platform, realizing precise control, fine management and efficient energy saving of the energy consumption of the whole building.
IV. Intelligent Building Internet of Things System Group
Intelligent building IOT system consists of energy consumption system, security system, environment monitoring, lighting control system, etc. Each system monitors and manages the electronic motor equipment and environment in the building respectively to realize the intelligentization of the building.
V. Building Energy Efficiency Internet of Things Hardware Solutions
The building energy-saving IoT system is mainly composed of four parts: perception layer, transmission layer, application layer, and terminal layer.
- Sensing layer, including data acquisition modules, current and voltage sensors, temperature and humidity sensors, electricity, water and gas meters;
- Transmission layer, including transmitters developed based on wireless transmission protocols such as Lora, zigbee, wisun, etc., wireless transmitting devices and 4GDTU/Ethernet gateways/routers for data to the cloud;
- The application layer is mainly the building energy consumption monitoring and management platform, which is responsible for monitoring, managing and analyzing the real-time data of the whole IoT system obtained from the sensing layer;
- Terminal layer refers to smart phones, ipads, computers, PCs, etc., which can obtain real-time operation data and fault alarm information of the equipment in the system in a timely manner.

VI. Building energy-saving Internet of Things system functions
1. Data transparency
Comprehensive sensing of the main energy consumption points of buildings is the basis for realizing building energy conservation, and the layout of sensing equipment has become an important part of the implementation of building energy conservation IoT projects.
On the basis of the existing water, electricity and gas energy consumption network, through the configuration of sensing equipment with integrated sensing, communication, calculation and self-checking functions in the energy metering nodes of water, electricity and gas meters, accurate collection and transmission of energy consumption data can be realized, and full transparency of energy consumption data can be achieved, greatly simplifying the construction process.
In addition, temperature, humidity and light sensors are configured in the main nodes of the building to automatically sense indoor heating and cooling, laying the foundation for providing humanized services.
2. Energy consumption analysis
Installation of management software for the building management department to summarize and analyze the data collected by the sensing equipment, to explore the laws of energy consumption in electrical, water supply, air conditioning and other types of energy consumption, and to find out the time, space, behavior and other factors of the normal use and waste of energy.
Compared with traditional building energy saving methods, energy consumption analysis provides detailed and quantitative support data for energy saving control and reduces subjective decision-making by managers.
3、Energy saving control
On the one hand, on the basis of energy consumption analysis, based on the energy consumption data of each unit in the building, energy-saving audits can be carried out; on the other hand, based on the data analysis, an energy consumption monitoring and alert strategy can be established, so that timely alerts can be issued in the event of abnormal energy consumption, and the critical or empty energy-consuming state of the relevant equipment can be turned off remotely via PC or cell phone to reduce waste.
The Internet of Things is not only limited to this closed loop, but also forms a three-dimensional network for monitoring and management of equipment in the process of closed-loop formation, and equipment management functions such as equipment status monitoring, fault diagnosis, and critical alarms can also be realized in this program.
